No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. Even if you have already arrived in Yakushima and your desired tour cannot be operated due to weather, our guide will suggest wonderful alternative activities to help you make the most of your time on the island.
A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made at the customer's convenience.Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 days before the tour date. We will charge 50% of the total booking fee for cancellations made 3 days prior, 80% for cancellations made 2 days prior, and 100% for cancellations made 1 day prior (the day before) or on the day of the tour. A 100% fee will also apply for no-shows.
For our standard taxi services, drivers primarily speak Japanese. However, our English-speaking staff are available to assist you with bookings and inquiries. For our Guided Tours, you will be accompanied by a dedicated English-speaking guide driver.
Simply inform us of your new arrival time, and we will adjust your pickup accordingly. Your driver will be there when you arrive.
A standard taxi fits up to two large suitcases and a few carry-on bags. If you have more luggage, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
